Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
The Kaeonix platform and API are operated by FEYNCODE PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099PN2025PTC241811), Pune, India ("FeynCode", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
01 · THE SERVICE
FeynCode provides metered access to FeynCode models — currently avatar-1.0 — through an API, the Kaeonix CLI, and this website. What you can use is set by your subscription tier and its usage caps.
02 · ACCOUNTS
Give us accurate information and keep it current. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
03 · SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Subscriptions are monthly, billed through Razorpay, and renew automatically. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access runs until then. Billing is currently in USD. Changes to prices or usage caps are announced in advance.
04 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't abuse the service or resell access without our written consent. Don't use it for illegal content. Don't attempt to extract model weights. Usage caps exist for fair use — don't engineer around them.
05 · API KEYS & TOKENS
Actions taken with your keys and tokens are yours. If a key leaks, revoke it immediately from the dashboard.
06 · AVAILABILITY
The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA at launch. Maintenance and incidents may interrupt availability.
07 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You own your inputs and your outputs. The service, the models, and everything behind them remain FeynCode's.
08 · LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FeynCode's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
09 · TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
10 · GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11 · CHANGES
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
